Deliver health and safety training during induction and refresh as needed.
Encourage proactive reporting of hazards, near misses, and incidents.
Your Role: We ask all employees, contractors, and visitors to:
Take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others.
Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
Report hazards, accidents, or near misses promptly to their line manager or Health & Safety Representative.
Continuous Improvement: Our Health & Safety policies are reviewed annually or sooner if legislation or operational changes occur. Regular inspections and audits ensure compliance and drive improvements.
